✅ Merchant Rights
- Offer their services on the platform after review and approval.
- Receive customer orders related to their services according to the platform system.
- Clarify service prices and terms before publishing.
- Monitor the status of their orders.
- Request service data modification if inaccurate.
📌 Merchant Obligations
- Provide a real, clear, and executable service.
- Commit to the price, duration, and terms written in the service.
- Do not mislead the customer or exaggerate promises.
- Do not request communication or payment outside the system except with administration approval.
- Maintain the confidentiality of customer data.
- Execute orders in the agreed time.
- Inform administration immediately if there is a problem in execution.
- Do not use the platform name or logo in any unauthorized advertisement.
🚫 Merchant Violations
- Repeated delay without clear reason.
- Not executing the order after receiving it.
- Providing incorrect data.
- Attempting to redirect the customer outside the platform.
- Misusing customer data.
Action on Violation: Administration has the right to suspend the merchant, disable their services, or suspend their payouts until the problem is reviewed.
