The merchant is the person or entity who offers digital services or products through the platform or in coordination with Elawaady team.

✅ Merchant Rights

  1. Offer their services on the platform after review and approval.
  2. Receive customer orders related to their services according to the platform system.
  3. Clarify service prices and terms before publishing.
  4. Monitor the status of their orders.
  5. Request service data modification if inaccurate.

📌 Merchant Obligations

  1. Provide a real, clear, and executable service.
  2. Commit to the price, duration, and terms written in the service.
  3. Do not mislead the customer or exaggerate promises.
  4. Do not request communication or payment outside the system except with administration approval.
  5. Maintain the confidentiality of customer data.
  6. Execute orders in the agreed time.
  7. Inform administration immediately if there is a problem in execution.
  8. Do not use the platform name or logo in any unauthorized advertisement.

🚫 Merchant Violations

  • Repeated delay without clear reason.
  • Not executing the order after receiving it.
  • Providing incorrect data.
  • Attempting to redirect the customer outside the platform.
  • Misusing customer data.

Action on Violation: Administration has the right to suspend the merchant, disable their services, or suspend their payouts until the problem is reviewed.
