We care about your complete satisfaction. Here are the terms and cases for refunding paid amounts.

1. Cases Eligible for Full Refund

  • Complete failure to execute the requested service by the supplier.
  • Expiry of the agreed service execution duration without starting execution.
  • Proof that the supplier provided misleading information about the service.
  • Presence of a technical error on the platform side resulting in double charging.
  • Order cancellation before being accepted by the supplier (within 24 hours).

2. Cases Eligible for Partial Refund

  • Delivering the service partially or not matching agreed specifications.
  • Delivery delay beyond the specified time by more than 48 hours.
  • Presence of clear defects in the provided service acknowledged by the supplier.

3. Cases Not Eligible for Refund

  • Digital services that have started execution and were fully delivered according to specifications.
  • Objecting to the service after more than 48 hours from delivery.
  • Change of buyer's mind without a defect in the service.
  • Failure of the buyer to meet the requirements necessary to receive the service.
  • Abuse of service violating terms of use.
