• The execution duration starts after order confirmation and receiving the required data in full.
• In case of missing data, the order may be suspended until the required information is completed by the customer.

Fourth: Prices and Payment

• Service prices are subject to updates according to the market, suppliers, and platforms.
• Service execution does not start until payment is confirmed or an official agreement is made.
• Any transfer fees or payment charges are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Fifth: Secure Digital Mediation

• The platform provides a secure digital mediation service between the buyer and the seller or between the client and the service provider.
• Mediation aims to preserve rights and organize the delivery and receipt process.
• Agreement and execution steps are documented within the platform system or via official communication channels.
• The platform does not bear responsibility for any transaction made outside the announced official channels.

Sixth: Accounts and Services of External Platforms

• Some services are linked to external platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Google, etc.
• These services are subject to the policies of those platforms, and may be affected by any updates or decisions issued by them.
• The platform does not guarantee the persistence of any feature or account state if the external platform policies are changed after execution.

Seventh: Suspension or Rejection of Service

• Platform administration has the right to reject or cancel any order if it violates laws or platform policies.
• The platform has the right to request additional data before executing some sensitive services.
• In case of suspected illegal activity, the platform has the right to suspend the order pending review.

Eighth: Amendments

• The platform reserves the right to amend the terms of use and service policies at any time.
• The version published on the website is adopted as the latest and official version.
